Welcome

 Welcome!

This blog will be all about sharing my crochet journey which I restarted this year.

I learnt to crochet in Turkey and was taught by my then mother in law using very fine cotton making dantel ipliği which is turkish for lacework. Now as I am left handed it was a bit difficult to start as she was right handed but eventually I got the gist of it and fell in love.

I have been buying yarn to add to my collection and waiting for 7 parcels to arrive. I am so enjoying the crocheting at the moment and finished one blanket and started on another baby blanket which is a gift.

I hope that you can join me on my journey, if you have any hints or tips that would be awesome if you could share.

I have been watching The Secret Yarnery with Krista and Bag-O-Day with Crystal and learnt quite a bit so far. There are some amazing crocheters out there on You Tube and enjoying watching while I am crocheting.

I will be sharing finished projects, yarn hauls and WIPS.

Happy Hooking!
